Nick Fiocchi

Nick became a Realtor in 2014. Nick has negotiated and settled countless transactions with a focus on vacation properties, first time home buyers, and investment properties.

Having an extensive background in construction, Nick can help clients analyze a property and understand what it will take to make the dream a reality.

Nick has a long-standing involvement in both small and large scale construction projects, property management for clients. He serves as an Assistant Director on the Board of the Builders League of South Jersey, is a Member of ABC New Jersey, a Member of the CEO group, Italian Benevolent Association, and sits as a board member and finance chair of the Vineland Board of Education.

He is a proud alumni of both Rutgers University and Immaculata University.

Saverio Brunetti

Saverio is no stranger to knowing and understanding a clients’ wants and needs. As a Senior Operational Manager of a family-owned business for 10 years, Saverio is truly able to understand the rigorous meaning behind customer satisfaction.

Throughout his years of running the business, he has grown to appreciate the importance of the relationship between client and vendor. In order to have a successfully run business, trust must be the foundation of the relationship.

Saverio has an extreme talent at being loyal and always fighting for the rights of his clients. William Gruccio

After getting his undergraduate and MBA degrees from Rider University, William Gruccio immediately returned in 2011 to his hometown of Vineland to start his career in business, get involved, and give back.

Will has been a licensed Realtor in the state of New Jersey since 2010. He has represented a wide array of residential, commercial, and industrial purchasers and sellers throughout his career. In addition, Will, like the other members of the Beyond Team has over 15 years of experience in real estate investment. Whether you're in need of your dream home, your first investment property, or negotiating a long term commercial lease, Will’s expertise can help make the process efficient and successful.

He is currently a member of the Inspira Foundation of Cumberland and Salem Board of Trustees, Italian Cultural Foundation Board of Trustees, and the South Jersey Federal Credit Union Board of Trustees. He has served as past board member of the Vineland Zoning Board of Adjustment, Vineland UEZ, Vineland Development Corp, and as the Governors appointment as a Trustee to Cumberland County College. Will is a proud member of Tri-County Rotary, Italian American Benevolent Association, and the CEO Group.
